My clients are primarily the owners or management of small or medium-sized businesses. In many cases, these are family businesses.
I am happy to support their in-house teams when dealing with special issues e.g. business relations abroad and restructuring.
Private clients
Private individuals seek advice regarding special issues, for example because they are starting a business abroad or joining a company.
Many of my business clients are also private clients. This is advisable because private decisions can have an impact on business matters and vice versa.
Long-term cooperation
Legal advice is a matter of trust: my clients value reliable tax advice, uncomplicated communication on an equal footing and often long-term cooperation.
